General Requirement For Motor Installation

Electric motor is the common application equipment in domestic or industry. If we have a knowledge and good guideline how to selected and install with proper way,It’s can smooth our installation project progress without any problem.

Motor selection and method of installation must suitable with our application to avoid any problem or design error. That why before installation we need have a design review with Electrical & Mechanical Engineer. This time I want share some information about requirement for motor installation that I hope it can gave some basic guideline how to handle motor installation project. read more

General Requirement For Motor Starter

When we plan to install new motor starter,we need to consider a few requirement that we want to apply to get a best design, tidy and easy to troubleshooting if have any problem.

Normally motor starter component includes a drive (VFD),electrical wiring, control panel, communication system (Ethernet / Devicenet) and types of starter that we plan to use.

From the design stage,we must follow general requirement for Motor starter to get a best result for our installation.Below I listed some of requirement to build a motor starter.I hope it’s can give a clear view or guide line during design a motor starter. read more

General Requirement For Circuit Breaker

Circuit protection is a mandatory items that we MUST consider carefully for Electrical Installation project.I will take a fully attention during sizing and follow standard requirement for circuit breaker.

If the circuit protection not function properly, it’s can cause a serious damage to equipment and personnel. On my last post,I had discussed about Circuit Breaker Sizing.

This time I want to share some information about general requirement for circuit breaker that commonly apply for Electrical Installation project.I hope this post can help to have a basic guideline during handle any project of electrical installation. read more

Electrical Cable/Wire General Requirement

This topics always discussed among of electrician personnel that involved on new installation or electrical projects. If they miss calculated or choose a wrong size for the conductor/wires,it’s can cause a big disaster when that installation failure.

Electrical cable/wire is a important things that we must consider with calculation and detail discussion to avoid any mistaken during design and installation. We must take a serious action to get a good result.

I would like to shared some general requirement for electrical cable/wire for new electrical installation or projects that we must consider during design review.I hope this can make a guide line for the best result in your installation or projects. read more

Standard Wiring Practices

Standard wiring practices is a basic guidelines for Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician when involve in Electrical installation project. From the guideline,we can minimize the electrical safety issues, have a proper electrical route and more tidy installation and follow standard requirement.

Actually I had involved in many of Electrical installation projects and this standard wiring practices guide me  a lot  to get a best quality and perfection on my Electrical Installation project.Below I had listed some beneficial guideline when do you have a Electrical Wiring Installation.I hope it’s can give some basics information or guide to get a best result.

Sensor Classification

Sensor classification schemes range from very simple to the complex. Depending on the classification purpose, different classification criteria may be selected. Here, we offer several practical ways to look at the sensors.

All sensors may be of two kinds: passive and active. A passive sensor does not need any additional energy source and directly generates an electric signal in response to an external stimulus; that is, the input stimulus energy is converted by the sensor into the output signal.

The examples are a thermocouple, a photodiode, and a piezoelectric sensor. Most of passive sensors are direct sensors as we defined them earlier. The active sensors require external power for their operation, which is called an excitation signal. read more
